    Hi everyone, everything fine?

    Has anyone done a visual IVR using Genesys Cloud? I have some demands and I would like to know if anyone of you has experience with this, I also want to understand, if we can think about using Architect to generate deliveries, validations and customer migrations for visual service.

    The elusive Visual IVR - a feature released by a competitor, touted in EVERY demo, and probably never a single customer using it.  Well, never fear, Genesys is on the same bandwagon.  With the release of Digital Bot Flows, you too can have a Visual IVR for all your messaging channels.  They call it Digial Menus: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/build-a-primary-digital-menu-for-all-tasks-in-genesys-digital-bot-flows/
