Does anyone know if there is a way to find the prompt that a user records on their VM Greeting prompt for their name?

Customer would like to have a professional record all of these, but I can't find the prompts for the user's Names.

Short of resetting everyone's password for this professional to record the names, I an not finding a way to allow this.

    Angelia,

I looked all over and recorded greeting and name to see if it was recorded anywhere.  Does not look like this is exposed in the API at present.  What you could do is create a flow that transfers to the user and then returns back before the voicemail picks up, plays a common greeting and then does voicemail transfer to the user.  You can play in the return from the transfer to user or in the Transfer to voicemail depending on expected behavior and message.

I chatted with Dev and there is no way to upload name prompts through the API.

Rather than reset passwords, the voice talent can sit on one phone in the org and dial into voicemail through *86. To record for a specific user, enter that user's extension when prompted and access the Options menu.

To make it easier, don't have PINs assigned to the users (though, that is something the user does from his/her profile, so there may be some who have assigned a PIN and you will have to get them to change it to something generic for the recording).

Not a great solution, but at least it's something that can be done.
