    Hi,

    I like to know, if a call that is transferred by agent to a mobile phone gets recorded as long as customer (person who called the call center) is on the call.

    Hi,

    it seems that not by default.
    Take a look at this

    Continue on external transfer

    By default, PureCloud does not continue recording after an external transfer that results in an external to external connected call. However, you can enable this behavior in the external trunk settings under Media.
