Screen share has stopped working from the agents view. Here is the scenario. Customer calls in Call is connected to the agent Agent presses the share screen button and gives the code to the customer. Customer enters the code and selects screen to share. Agent screen share windows open but the screen is blank.
Any idea why this would be happenning? This was working until last week.
