Thank you for your input. It just seems odd that only one TFN is impacted. I made test calls in lower environment and prod and received the same results. I will work back with my devs to see if there are any config issues before reaching out to Prod Support. I appreciate it.

I would recommend checking with Product Support to see if there is a mismatch in the configuration of the third setup. If you do open a case, please let me know what the case number is so that I can monitor the issue internally.

I have seen some comments related to the voice sensitivity issue. We are currently using a Voice Bot for a handful of TFN's. Two of the three TFN's are working as intended and the background noise is not picked up. The third TFN picks up all the background noise such as tapping your fingers and coughing. The voice sensitivity was changed in lower environments, and it did not resolve the issue. All three TFN's are pointing to the same call flow and voice bot.
