    Good morning, 

    Another two questions on voice surveys.

    1) Am I able to customize the automated voice on the survey?

    2) Is there any way to provide the caller with an open ended response similar to the text box that one would normally see in a survey like this (such as "is there anything else you'd like to tell us today" or to allow them a chance to provide more color to their rating answer)?

    Hello Rob, 

    I don't think this is customizable at this time besides changing the language, this would be a great idea though!

    I don't know if this is possible, I recommend reviewing this documentation and seeing if you can try and build something out. 

    Hopefully the community can provide more input or even a solution though!
