Hi Ragheb,
I believe this occurs because Voice Survey flows do not support the default Genesys TTS engine. In most cases you'll need to select Genesys Enhanced TTS (or another supported TTS provider) instead.
If the org-level default for fr-FR is set to Genesys TTS, Architect will require a different engine that is supported for Voice Survey flows.
