Has anyone set up voice transcription? I attempted to set it up and activate it on my organization following all the steps in the resource center documents, however i cannot seem to get it to work. Trunks are set to record, edge devices have the proper firmware. All other set up steps per the resource center articles ( turned on at org level, activated on the queue, etc) have been completed however when i look for a transcript it just tells me there is no transcript for the interaction.
Just checking if anyone has had success with this.
