    I am new to this community but wanted to know if anyone knows of a way to access someone's else voicemail for a terminated employee?  any guidance would be helpful

    I don't believe it's possible for user1 to access user2's voicemail.  But if you're an administrator, you can reactive user2, change their password, log in as them, listen to their voicemail, then deactivate the user when you're done.
