Is there a means to delete multiple voicemails at once?  I've looked within Genesys and it states for deleting voicemails, you must delete each one individually. Inboxes can get overwhelmed quickly depending on the person. The cleaning up of such an Inbox can become quite time consuming if a person isn't constantly maintaining it.  If there isn't a means to perform bulk deletions then I'd like that idea considered for a future enhancement.

I have not seen any out of the box feature to delete all VM at once however you can make use of below Genesys APIs to delete them

Fnu is correct, you can use those API calls to delete either individual voicemails, or every voicemail in a user's inbox. If you want to make a request for a new enhancement in Genesys Cloud, Genesys encourages you to register your request through the Product Ideas Lab. To Access the Product Ideas Lab and add your idea:

1. Sign in to the Genesys Knowledge Network.
2. On the Product Ideas Lab section, click Browse and Submit Ideas.
3. From the Product Ideas Lab, click Add a Product Idea.

You can also view and vote for existing ideas there!
