    Looking to change the default robotic voice piece on pre message recording voicemail  but cant find it in the system.
    Does anyone know where to find it

    Hi Tom,

    Unfortunately this voicemail message is generated by the edge using text-to-speech so it can't be overridden using another recording like system prompts on Architect, as you can see on this topic:
