    Hi - Seems there has been an update where numbers are not showing for Voicemails it just shows the name of the inbox , any one else experiencing the same issue.
    Is there a setting i can change ?

    Hi Johnson,

    It looks like there was an issue, but a fix was rolled out for this a couple of days ago.  If you have new examples (within the last 24 hours) not showing the number, I would recommend raising a case with customer care to investigate further.

    This is still an on going issue:

    From my trouble ticket:

    Good Day and thank you for the logs. Our development team acknowledges the issue affecting multiple organizations. We have an ongoing change ticket that is pending review and approval.

     

    I will keep you updated as soon as the ETA is provided.

    Hi Johnson - we are experiencing something opposite of this, we only see the # in voicemail and call history - no name attached.  We see the name in Interactions though, so we know we are getting it.  Does anyone know if the intention from the 2-3-25 release to only show names from the ECL, because that seems to be what we are seeing.

    As far as I can see, the intent is to show the phone number for callers who are not configured in External Contacts, and to show the External Contact's name with a link to the contact when the number is configured there.
