    When an agent receives an email notification of a voicemail on their personal (Non-ACD) voicemail box, can the system be configured to also send the email notification to that agent's supervisor as well?

    Hi Nicole.

    I queried Notifications in "Permissions List" and although there are pushnotifications it doesnt explain more to get into detail for voicemails.  Similar for Voicemail query.
