    Is there a way to let the customer add a voicemail to a queue?

     

    OR

     

    Customer adds a voicemail and it will be sent by email to an external email address?

    Not yet. Currently voicemail just gets placed in a user Inbox, and not attached to the email notification. So, no way that I know of to get voicemails into a queue.
