    Hello,

    we have voicemails queues and wrap up time for them. however, after receiving the voice-mails the voice mails dont automatically end with a default wrap up.
    if the agent doesnt wrap up the interaction can go on for hours until the agent hangs up. anyone else has the same experience?

    Hi Savi,

    could you resolve your problem with automatic wrap up time for voicemails? We have the same issue at our client. I would be very interessted in a solution for that.
