  • 1.  Vonage SIP trunk and Cloud Edge

    I configured Vonage SIP trunk as below link.
    https://appfoundry.genesys.com/filter/genesyscloud/listing/fd3039ff-d7c1-4966-89fc-10a13ee509f0

    But Status message is "This Trunkis not configured on any Edge".


    *Edge is not able to change like below.


    please guide how to use Vonage SIP trunk and Edge configuration.

    Hello Kevin,

    The Resource Center has a comprehensive guide on setting up your desired telephony configuration. For this one in particular, the article Create a trunk under BYOC Cloud should provide you step-by-step instructions.

    I highly advise reading through the larger BYOC Cloud section - this is the telephony configuration you are trying to implement with the Vonage SIP Trunk solution. It will help a lot if you reference future questions based off the guides here.

    Yes, I did. but It seems something changed. I don't have "Site with Edges" in sites. Any advise?

    Vonage trunk need to be attached in Sites - Outbound Routes.
    It works as inbound trunk as well.
