Hi everyone,
We're building a Digital Bot Flow to help customers with device troubleshooting and we need to give the customer time to complete a step before going to the next task/question. For example power cycling a device where we want to force the customer to wait 30 seconds before the next question to prevent them from skipping steps.
What we're aiming to do is something like
Communicate Action - "Please turn off your device and wait 30 seconds before turning it back on"
Process waits 30 seconds
Ask Yes/No Action - "Did that fix your issue?"
While there is always the option to add a "Please click the "Next step" button" using a digital menu, we'd prefer to have a timer of sorts to delay the next action.
The Wait for Input Action seems like the way to go but we haven't been able to find a way how it would "pause" any processes considering it is an "End of Task" and any actions after it is "unreachable".
Does anyone know how this might be achieved?
Many thanks!
