    My users want to put a few TVs on the wall to display call stats.  What has everyone done for this? Does PureCloud do this out of the box somehow?  Custom dev not an option right now.

    We are trying it out having my supervisor log in to a window on the display PC, but we're concerned that it will be interrupted when he gets interactions and chats.

    Hi, I believe some people use the iPad app with Apple TV, but I don't know any details.

    Have you tried setting up a non billable account (i.e one that doesn't get charged a monthly licence fee), Then perhaps create a custom role just for performance and queue monitoring. This way you can get a PC hooked up to TV and leave it logged in

    That should be fine, my understanding was that billing (licence charges) only come into play when the account created is added to call quees to make or receive calls..
    Anyone from Genesys care to comment on this?

    Thanks, we might go that road, but without the Apple TV. Just do a lightning > HDMI cable. The iPad app is pretty cool, actually.
