  • 1.  Want Agent Performance Views for Logged In Agent Only

    Is there a way to give the "Performance > Agent"  views to the Logged In Agent ONLY? I see where I can give the Performance Agent views with the permissions defined in Resource Center Article, but that shows all agents.
    My customer wants their agents to see this information (Performance, Status Summary, and Evaluations), but only that agent's info, don't want the agent to see each others performance info.

    I tried with a Test Role, put a test using in that role, and gave the "Analytics>conversationAggregate>View" permission with Conditions set for User = Current User. Also added to the Test Role the permission "ui>supervisorAgentDetails>View, but this permission has no Conditions settings. My test agent sees all the other users performance info.

    There is a filter field in the actual view that works to filter just that agent. Is there a way to lock that filter to the logged in agent?

    Hi Greg-  We recently released those new Agent views for the supervisors and are working on an update that will allow you to give permission for your agents to see the detail views (Performance, Status Summary, Evaluations and Schedule) just for their own data.   We anticipate delivering this capability in Q3.  Thanks!
