I went to the Add participants to an ACD conference call help page in the Resource Center to see if I could come up with any more info. I missed it at first. I see that they added step #5 that mentions the Consult Participant button. That's somewhat confusing since the screenshot in step #4 wasn't updated to show that button.
I see that it mentions some of the scenarios in which the Merge Calls button won't show up. I'm curious if it will show up when the caller has an inbound queue call on hold, then makes a separate outbound queue call. I don't see that addressed in the documentation.
Genesys, it causes problems when the interface and/or functionality is changed without us being able to provide notice and training to the end users. Even as this change is being rolled out to orgs starting today, the only place I can even find a screenshot of what it looks like is from a video posted last Friday in a comment on the Ideas page.
