  • 1.  Warning message inconsistency when multiple people are working in the same schedule

    Hoping others have noticed this and wondering why the warning messages are so inconsistent in the Genesys App (Not using web based version).

    When there is more than 1 person making changes in the same schedule and saving, we are noticing some inconsistent warning messages come up. We are aware that there would be no issues if people are working in the same schedule but different management units. However we have tested this but the warning messages that come up are causing worry and stress that work being done could be lost. 

    Here is what I expect the warning to say when people are working in the same schedule but different management units:

    Does anyone know why the warning messages are not consistent? Note the same agents are not in the different management units. 

    Looking forward to some advice.

    The informational message difference between the two are simply if one agent was updated or multiple agents updated (I checked the source code). Are you specifically asking about the 'that are currently loaded' portion?

    Thanks for the reply Jay and apologies for the delay in getting back to you. I should have been more clear but yes I am trying to understand the "that are currently loaded" part of the warning message. Thank you

    After discussing with the team, that part doesn't add value and, at least to me, causes confusion. The dev team will be revising to drop that point.
