    Hi All, 

    I would like to know why it's giving me this warning message even though I got those wrap-up codes from the system. I should be able to select them if they are missing. What should I do?

    All of the ones listed here https://rcstaging.wpengine.com/articles/wrap-up-codes-assigned-by-outbound-dialing/ should be available for outbound rules.  @Chad McCormick, was there a delay in getting all of them in the rules list?

    Hi Robert, 

    Yes, I expected to see all those system wrap-up codes in the Rule Set. However, many of them are not there, so I created them all Manually in the custom wrap-up codes which I believe, I should not have to do


    This screenshot should be able to tell what are the only available System wrap-up codes.

    How can we get all those there?
