we are just starting to to use purecloud. each of our csr's will be using the purecloud window app. is there a way for our software to push a phone number into purecloud windows app and have it dial the number. if not is there a way to retreive the login from the purecloud windows app to use with your api.

First, your application will need to be authorized by the user. This is accomplished by implementing one of the OAuth flows. See the Authorization documentation for more info.
Once your application has been authorized, you can make authenticated API requests. Use POST /api/v2/conversations/calls to place an outbound call.
