We are trying to collect Currency digits through the Bot via DTMF for collecting amount in Dollars and ents. If we are giving input through Voice in dollars and cents Bot is taking the correct values but if we are giving through DTMF 5000 Bot is taking input as 5000 Dollars only. For example if we want to give 100 Dollars and 50 Cents. How can we collect cents through DTMF through Bot Flow.

I don't think that this is currently possible using the one slot at present. You could submit a request on https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas outlining your requirements and it will get picked up by product management.

Yes you could use multiple number slots and then combine the values in the bot flow as dollars and cents.
