    Hi, 

    We are integrating the salesforce with Genesys cloud but if I click the script button in salesforces. The script it is not loading it showing some error like the embedded interaction window failed to be failed because the interaction utility component is not loaded. Same happening for chat also. Anybody faced like this kind of issue

    Are you trying to use CX Cloud or the CTI plug-in.  That screen shot looks like CTI, but is not the shape is should be.  It looks like you have a cross between the two.
