We have developed New IVR call flow where it can support both english and turkish but unfortunately speech recognition is not working for turkish. As it's working perfectly for english. There was an existing flow for an turkish where it is support turkish.
But in new flow we have implemented dynamic prompt and menu's due that in run time turkish is not supporting for speech recognition.
Even we can't use DTMF due to local regulations and laws.
Please help me to provide work around for the same.
