We need a list of all agents with all their time off requests for the full year of 2026 like below. Currently we are exporting 12 reports, 1 per month for each MU and then using power query to consolidate the data.

    We need a list of all agents with all their time off requests for the full year of 2026 like below. Currently we are exporting 12 reports, 1 per month for each MU and then using power query to consolidate the data.

    Is there another (better) way to get it from Genesys?

    If interested below are some of the things we are working through.

     

    • Manually exporting 12 months per MU then re-exporting current and future months any time we want an updated result is labor intensive.

     

    • The layout that Genesys exports has mixed dates in the same column where it has single dates and rangers 6/20-6/23 included 20, 21 22 23 June. As well as multiple ranges separated by a comma

    I think the best solution is to create an automated process that exports data from the Genesys Cloud API:
    POST /api/v2/workforcemanagement/managementunits/{managementUnitId}/timeoffrequests/query.
