    I really like the last design, where it mimics a lot of the UI/navigation design cues of Visual Studio Code.  I really hope that one "wins".

    I agree.  The first looked something out of the 80's with Windows 3.0 or the original monochrome Mac UI.

    I believe it showed the two options in different order for different people, which makes sense from a research perspective. But looks like first and second design is going to be different for people.

    I liked the one with the icons on the left, just made more sense, pity they didn't show a dark mode..

    I appreciate the new GUI design, as it makes space utilization more efficient. The introduction of the Build, Manage, and Optimize tabs is a well-thought-out approach.
