    ​Hello,

    Today's release notes talk about setting up web based surveys and adding them to our flows. When I go under quality in Admin I do not see an option for surveys. When I look under permissions I also do not see surveys under the quality section. We are on PureCloud 2. Are surveys available in this version?

    Hi Julie,

    It looks like Surveys are only available on PureCloud 3 licenses.

    Correct. The Permissions needed to create and edit and use the forms are not available in PureCloud 2. They are automatically assigned to the Quality Administrator role in PureCloud 3.
