  • 1.  Web Human Interface Device (HID Device) - Jabra Evolve2 40

    When you use a Jabra Evolve2 40 Genesys will show a pop-up that states "The selected device requires additional permissions in order to use call controls. Would you like to proceed?" If you select Yes, it will always remember your selection. Is there a way to revert this? 

    This is the only article with details on how to set it up but not how to remove. Configure a Jabra headset - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)

    Click the security icon by the address bar (same place you'd check certificates etc).  You'll see the webhid permission there that you can remove/reset permissions for.,
