We changed the message threading timeline to delete the chat message after 5 min hoping that it would also delete the customer's chat transcript as well however we notice that it's only deleting the agents thread. Is there a way to have the customers message also delete ? The concern is if a customer goes into a library or other public location and use a PC. Then someone else comes behind them and uses the same PC/browser etc.. and see's the last customers information.

Hello @Chris_Dalziel The internal conversation threading is decoupled from the external Guest Session, see this FAQ. We are working on a new feature to support use-cases from shared devices, allowing End-User to "Clear" the local session, see this Idea.
