    I hope I can get some guidance from the dev team , I would like to ask you I'm trying to build a web messaging which it will provide end user with responses, to ask him which language he preferred the choses will be numeric number such as the below : 1- english 2- for arabic

    and so on my question is how can i get user input and evaluate it to make a decision to continue with him over the flow and also I have another question lets say we have a list all of services I will listed it to end user now how I can did it throw put I did see genesys cloud resource but I got a into closed way because the listed service will be numeric choses such as :

    1- HR 2- IT 3- ETC how can I represent this in intents .

    anyway could anyone give me a hand...

    Hello 👋 What type of Bot are you trying to use? Is it 3rd Party Bot or Genesys Bot Flows? With either type anyway you could solve this with Quick Replies, which provide a more user-friendly and richer digital experience compared to entering digits (as user would do over phone conversation).
