  • 1.  Web Messaging Script

    I am running into an issue where the script button is always greyed out, when I receive a web message. I have checked the permissions as well and everything looks good. The script does show for voice, It is only for Chat that it does not appear to allow me to access it. What could be causing the issue?

    Did you edit properties for the script and allow for messaging?  It will only show for the channels you enable

    Yes, confirmed that it is set. Not enabled yet on testing. Do we need to associate the queue with a default script? I assume that is not required.

    you can set the default script thru the queue configuration or  by configuring 'Set Screen Pop Action' in the Architect flow which overrides the queue configuration.

    this works, I was using the "Chat" media type instead of the "Message" media type when assigning the default script. thanks!
