Hello Community,
Is there a way to show to a customer notifications that tell them about pending unread replies. This is for customers who have initiated a web messenger from the website.
I have seen an update on the messenger configuration for push notification, but it does not seem to work, and maybe its for mobile push notifications only.
Any help appreciated.
