Currently the documentation that Jason posted and you consulted is the only "Out of the Box" solution. This might be a good idea though for our Ideas portal as I can see the how valuable this would be to you and other customers. But at this time I don't think there is a solution for this unless the community can come up with Architect magic.

I had already consulted this documentation and because I couldn't find a solution to the problem I decided to use this forum.
As I understand it, I can create a websurvey for chat, an inviteflow and a policy. After 72 hours, the survey is sent by e-mail.
What we need is for the websurvey link (which is usually sent by email after an interaction) to be presented as a message in a digital bot flow in real time, without the need to create a policy, as the existing policy criteria only cover when a chat is forwarded to a queue.
Is there a solution to this problem?
