Hi

we have implemented authenticated web messenger and most of the times it authenticates successfully but we have observed the error below few times.

Any guide/help will be appreciated.

Looks like the connection is going through a VPN.
You might want to exclude Genesys site  from VPN feature.

As Vincent described the domains that is listed in the Domains for the firewall allowlist document should be configured on your firewall or VPN configurations to allow access to Genesys sites on clients in your network. You should also check the IP addresses for the firewall allowlist document.
