    No replies, thread closed.
    When we insert a web page option in a script and insert a variable ( insert a URL ) it won't display  the url

    If we insert ZENDESK page web  it will display .

    my question is why is it displaying  the zendesk web page  and not any other page

    Hey Roisin, 

    This can be for a number of reasons -

    #1 you are not setting the full URL containing HTTPS:// for the page you wish to display. <g class="gr_ gr_35 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" id="35" data-gr-id="35">Purecloud</g> won't display HTTP:// sites in their iFrames
    #2The webpage you are trying to <g class="gr_ gr_112 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del" id="112" data-gr-id="112">inset</g> is not allowed in iFrames 

    Other than that, those are the two main reasons that I am aware of
