It executes immediately.
This assumes you have enabled execution history on Organization level and configured data level to store in Architect.
You can also override the data level setting for a single flow in architect if you normally don't store anything or less than you need for troubleshooting.

Hello,
Since the flow executes immediately, even tho the e-mail is sent after 72 hours, you can enable Execution History on the flow to see what happens.
There you can also see the SurveyURL value if you need to access the survey to fill it out.
Other options I've used before this was available were Data Actions to send Agentless email, SMS or enter values in a Data Table.
