  • 1.  Web Surveys Expire

    No replies, thread closed.
    Once a Web Survey is emailed out to the customer does it expire after x amounts of hours days.  Could a customer respond to a survey sitting in their inbox for 6 months?  Is there a way to control how long a survey can be active before it expires?

    Found my answer, it was in the documentation.  A survey can only be replied to up to 90 days after it is created, after which it expires.  Also, Genesys has accepted that the expiration date will be made flexible.
