    Hello, 

    We are looking to build out an inbound chat flow and were hoping for some pointers on how (and if even possible) to have the widget advise the client of the EWT or position in queue. Does this have to be hard-coded in?

    I would suggest running a Data Action that calls the PureCloud API to check wait time and queue depth for that queue and then present the results to the customer in the chat flow.
