    Hi All

    Does anybody know if its possible to use uploadsenabled : true on Genesys Cloud using widgets 2, it seems to be supported on engage but I cant get it to work on Cloud

    Possibly I am putting it in the wrong place but cant quite work it out

    Hi Andy,

    Genesys Cloud does not support file upload for web chat v2
    So, the "uploadsEnabled" option has no effect when Genesys Widgets are used with this platform.

    FYI, Web Messaging supports file attachements :
