Hi Everyone,
Does anyone know if there is some basic functionality around sending transcripts to customers after a web chat has finished? It's very important to our customers and with it lacking from the purecloud webchat system is becoming hard to swallow.
I thought I was hearing things like a major web chat overhaul a while ago, maybe I was dreaming? Any word on what is happening with the web chat system as a whole too?
