We are implementing WebChat but have hit the known issue of the chat closing when the webpage changes. We have ways of re-instantiating the chat in a div but we still have the issue with the CSRs having to close the existing chat and answer the new chat that is opened.
Is there a better way to persiste the chat with on the CSR side of things?

We are very close to finalizing a new release which will persist chat across webpage changes. We expect a beta of this feature to be available in December with a GA to follow.

That is good news. What does my company have to do to be included in the Beta release of that? We need that feature asap.
