    Hello,

    I've been researching integrations via webhooks in Genesys and have not found much about this. It looks like Genesys integrations are about linking companies or processes into Genesys. I'm working with my data analytics team about utilizing webhooks to build real-time streaming data pipelines and applications that adapt to the data streams.  Does anyone have any information or could provide assistance to help us accomplish this!

    The only way is through the Notifications API.  The easiest way is to use Eventbridge to capture the live data and dump to your own data lake.  About the Amazon EventBridge integration - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)
