Just wondering if anyone can advise, if there's any progress of feature Avatar / styling css of standard webmessaging.
FYI, we ever asked this in 2022, and it advised will be plan launch 2022 end, https://developer.genesys.cloud/forum/t/update-styling-css-of-webmessaging/15198
Just wondering if there's any news ?

Hi @fransiska.hendra we did Beta release configurable Avatars for Agents & Bots, see here for Beta enrollment: https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DIG-I-116 Is your screenshot referring to CSS customization, or have you already enabled the Beta feature and notice misbehavior?
