    Hello Folks,

    I was wondering whether it is possible to use Genesys Cloud if WebRTC is disabled? If so, how? Some other Vendors provide a solution where you either use WebRTC or a softphone (without anything else on premise).

    There is a softphone and you can use physical handsets. I am not sure if you can disable WebRTC.

    "Disabling" WebRTC in Genesys Cloud isn't really a thing.  You either add a phone config to a user, or you don't.  If they don't have a WebRTC phone configured by an admin, they can't use it.  As Seyed noted, you can use your own hardware phones or the PureCloud softphone in addition to WebRTC.
