    Hello all,

    Do you got WebRTC issue today? Today many users in Western Europe complain WebRTC can't work, for example got system error message, one-way audio and etc. Our organization uses PureCloud DC in Frankfurt.

    I don't see any mention of a problem on our internal communications. If your internet connection and ISP are solid, then you'll probably need to submit a ticket to have it checked out.

    Same as the advice I gave Wen Gu...check your ISP and internet connection, then open a support ticket if everything is fine on your networks and the ISP network.
