Hi, 

Do PureCloud WebRTC Phone have redundancy ? 

Current configuration is WebRTC Phone need to be register to a SITE to operate.

what if the Phone Edge Assignments I put in consists of Primary and Secondary two sites?

will the WebRTC phone auto register to the second site edge if primary edge down?

Hi Louis,

WebRTC Phones are redundant in that they don't actually register at all. The configuration of the site allows is for getting to the closest edge first, but if it's offline, the secondary edge will still route the call in the same way, without any need for auto registration.

In short: calls will continue through the secondary edge/site, but they do this without registration.
