Welcome to the Reporting & Analytics community!
We want to make this community your first port of call for Reporting & Analytics.
As a community it will be great to help each other get the most out of all the available features in Genesys Cloud and the Reporting and Analytics functionality. Whether that be Dashboards, Exports, Performance Views, Alerts or any of the other functions.
As your Community Manager, my aim is to help facilitate this environment, please invite anyone you know who is interested in hearing or providing hints, tips and great answers to questions that will also help others going forwards.
A little background on myself. Prior to working for Genesys, I was a Resource and Planning manager in a contact center and I was a Genesys Engage customer. As we went through an upgrade with Genesys, we had a visit from a Professional Services Consultant with Genesys to help us navigate the changes and get the most out of the system. A year later, she hired me as a Workforce Optimization consultant to help others with their Genesys Engage WFM. After spending a few years doing this I moved across to Genesys Customer Care and Genesys Cloud as an Analytics and WEM Subject Matter Expert. The Genesys Community has always been a great resource for customers and often shows how different customers use the system and functionality in different ways, with different configurations to achieve great customer experience, and I am thrilled to be on the team!
I hope to get to know the rest of the Reporting & Analytics community better, and that we can help each other resolve issues, improve usage and also have a fun along the way.
