    Hi,

    Anyone from Genesys know if Welsh may be in the list of future supported languages?
    I know it's a small country and opportunities are scarce, but we do have one where Welsh language support for PureCloud Client and Web Chat is a requirement.

    It was on the road map, but taken off early this year. You can open a case with Customer Care and reference PURE-1224 and PURE-1227 to have it noted that you would like it put back on the road map.

    Hi,

     

    We are no longer adding new languages to our native TTS/ASR our future plans are to provide new languages via integrations to best of breed 3rd party providers. We are currently integrating to Amazon Polly which supports Welsh TTS. The integration is due to be released in Q1 2019. https://inindca.atlassian.net/browse/PURE-2043

    Do you know if Nuance will be supported?
    Also, we are looking at the Web Chat side of things too.

    We know we can customise the logo and the welcome message, but what about the "Connecting", "Waiting for agent" and "Enter a message"?

    We will be eventually be supporting Nuances new cloud service via the same mechanism. This is not a priority for us right now as they currently only support 2 languages. Once they start to bring on the other Nuance languages we will look to do the integration.

    Unfortunately, you cannot customize those today.
